For Buyers – Buyers can access the site for free and search for products required by them. Registration is not required to access the site as Buyers. For Sellers – Sellers are required to Register and become a member, by clicking on the “Register” link in the Home Page. For Membership Fee and other details Contact Us.

HOW TO BUY

4. Choose between buying on cash or barter
5. Contact Seller directly through phone or email.

Buying on Barter:

1. Choose product you wish to buy on barter ie., in exchange for your product/service.
2. Contact Seller directly and discuss in detail the product/service you wish to barter, including barter price, delivery mechanism etc.

matexretail.com is neither a Seller nor a Buyer. We only provide a platform for buyers and sellers to contact each other. Please contact Sellers directly for all issues including price, delivery, payment method etc.

Post your requirement:

If you are looking for some product/service currently not available on the website, you can post your requirement by clicking on the “Post your Requirement” link on the Home Page. Sellers will contact you directly with their offers.

How to Sell

1. Click on “Register” in the Home Page
2. Fill in the Registration Form and click “Submit”
3. Our Customer Care will contact you for further details about your company, our commercials etc.
4. On confirmation of Membership, your account will be created.
5. Log In with your User ID and Password
6. In the “My Account” page, click on “Post New”
7. Choose to sell on cash or barter or both.
8. Post your products for Sale with all relevant details as required in the form.
9. Your products will be verified and made live within 5 working days.

My Account

1. On confirmation of Membership you can access your account.
2. Log in from the Home Page with your User ID and Password.
3. Post products for sale by clicking on the “Post New” option
4. See list of enquiries received by email under “My Buying List”
5. See list of products offered by you for sale under “My Selling List”

Barter

1. Barter is the exchange of goods and services between two parties
2. It is an ideal strategy to conserve cash and move surplus products
3. It helps in buying what you want with what you have.
4. Sellers may offer products for sale on barter; they may also specify what they want in exchange on barter.
5. Buyers looking for products on barter are required to contact Sellers directly to offer their options in exchange
6. Since matexretail.com is only a platform for bringing in Buyers and Sellers in contact with each other, both parties need to mutually agree and accept price, delivery etc.
7. Difference in value, if any, may be settled by way of payment of cash or any other method as mutually accepted by Sellers and Buyers.
